1. Performance and characteristics 

V This machine is used for on-line testing equipment of automatic line of rotor production, and can also be used separately.

V Test items:

1. Accurate welding resistance measurement. Using the direct measurement method of ten-wire balance, the spot welding quality can be detected accurately, the minimum value is 1 microeuro.

2. Consistency test of interchip resistance of armature rotor.

3. Inspection of inter-turn insulation performance between armature rotor windings.

4. Power frequency withstand voltage test between iron core and shaft and winding.

5. Inspection of insulation resistance of windings and iron cores.

V Fast test speed, test period for the next rotor loading and unloading, the beat is not more than 12 seconds.

V Built-in industrial computer, LCD true color liquid crystal display (with touch screen).

V Fully digital pressure regulating mode, automatic generation, accurate and reliable.
